Just got this phone today. Only thing is you are constantly being notified when you receive a text. I see no sitting where this can be adjusted. If anyone knows how to do this please let me know.

Looks horrible… Seems worse to use than Motorola’s older phones like the V8 / V9, or Z8 / Z10. I say get one of those (since they’re cheap these days) or go with a phone from LG / HTC / Samsung / Sony Ericsson.

I’m a Boost care agent and yeah we’re having lots of issues regarding text and web, and that’s cause we didn’t expect that amount of people moving from other cell companies to Boost (all because of the 50 dollars unlimited plan), and well basically our cell-towers can’t handle so many devices lol but don’t worry we’re working on that to get it fix as soon as possible xD

Mine works fine now, it did take about 3 days for the texting to work good tho and yea I definitely agree with u that the customer service people are shitheads lol.

custermer service people are nice, never had a dropped call, web is pretty fast, but you can’t go in alot of websited. walki talki is nice to. never had any problems with the walki talki.

i guess it depends what area you’re in but I haven’t had any problems with the text msgs. when you click send it takes like 2-5 seconds to send and I’ve gotten responses back like within a minute from the people i sent the msg to. the call quality ain’t as great as say Verizon, but its fine, i haven’t had a dropped call and i use my phone while driving a lot. however the web does stink. its slow, you cant go to alotta websites and u cant download stuff off wap sites either like with other phones

I have the phone and the text for me has a small lag time but for the most part works fine. As far as dropped calls not yet. The web works fine just need to get use to the browser. I have spoken to customer service but it was before I had the phone in hand which they didn’t know anything about the phone. Over all the phone is very nice. To the person with the text problem I didn’t have that problem and I went straight from the box to working phone with my old SIM card.

im excited. im getting this phone in 2 days! yay! the only problem is that ive heard some bad things about it : texts take forever to send and receive, calls get dropped very frequently, web doesnt work, and customer service people are shit-heads. i really want this phone, and i dont know if any of this is true, so i will have to wait and see. but could anyone who has this phone please tell me if any of this stuff is true??

I does take sometime for eveything to sync correctly. Once your account is established and within a day or so it will work correctly. How is the web and texting?

i jus got this phone today and i love it so far but, idk if this happened to any1 else or just me, but when someone replys to a text, i get some weird 605 lookin number instead of the contact’s number, so I cant tell who sent me that text or nothing you know. I asked the store about it but they said it may be that it takes upto maybe 48 hrs for the features to work properly. Any1 got an idea why my phone does that?

LMAO. i was the one with the blue tint problem. dude thanks for telling me that. i just checked the actual camera lens and it had a small blue thin film. wow im an idiot. i hadnt noticed it until i took off the battery cover. thanks alot.

To the person that ha the phone with a blue tint on the pictures make sure you took of all the protective films. To the other person that wants one check with local retailers because in my area they have them in stock. The text is working pretty good have had a problem with getting some text from people.
